• $10.00 Service Charge per package for Address Corrections.
  This $10 charge is per package.  If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will incur a $10 charge for each individual package that has an incorrect address.  Please double check the address information you enter at time of order.

• US Postal Mail is NOT available within the 48 states.  If you have a special circumstance please email Customer Service before ordering!  All orders within the 48 states will be shipped UPS Ground even though US Postal Mail has been selected.  Please email first!

• UPS Worldwide Expedited International...FAST...Estimated delivery 1-2 weeks.
• Any additional Custom Fees, Duties, Brokerage Fees, Tariff, Taxes, etc. are your responsibility.  BEFORE ORDERING, please check with your country's Custom requirements to see what product prohibitions or restrictions may apply to your order.
• $20.00 UPS Address Correction Service Charge per package on International Shipments:
  This $20 charge is per package.  If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will incur a $20 charge for each individual package that has an incorrect address.  Please double check the address information you enter at time of order.

• US Postal Mail International...Estimated delivery time may take 4-6 weeks.  We recommend shipping UPS Worldwide Expedited International to ensure tracking and delivery.  (See Above)

• Undeliverable Packages and Incorrect Addresses may be returned by the US Post Office.  If your order is returned, you will incur additional shipping and processing fees.  Please double check the address information you enter at time of order.

• Packages shipped via US Postal Mail International are not insured, can not be tracked and delivery is not guaranteed.

• Once your order ships, there will be no cancellations, product exchanges or refunds.

Important Shipping Notes

UPS Delivery Fraud Prevention Policies

• UPS must be able to deliver to the address on your Internet Order.  Signatures are required on all UPS deliveries to a business address or Expedited Shipments.
• Address routing changes and UPS Facility pick up requests are not allowed and will result in your order being returned.  You will then be responsible for all shipping fees, return fees and intercept fees charged by UPS.

48 Hour Damaged Shipment / Missing Product Notification Requirement

• Reports of damaged or missing product will only be considered if reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of initial receipt of package.  All claims beyond 48 hours will not be honored.  Please contact Customer Service within 48 hours below in order to begin any claim process.
